The Pacemaker
The Pacemaker is a simple but versatile fuzz unit consisting of two parameters, 'Fuzz' and 'Bias' that both have useful implicaitons on the pedals tone and performance. The Pacemaker is a 3 transistor fuzz taking resemblance of a Tonebender MKII in circuit topology, however offering a range of tones from crunchy overdrive, to spitty drive and all the way to thick and powerful Fuzz.
Surface Controls
Fuzz: This parameter alters the amount of 'fuzz' in the signal leaving the pedal, The Pacemaker cleans up well leaving this paramter useable at all settings.
Bias: This parameter determines the amount of voltage at the final transistor within the circuit. In turn this can have quite unique and useful implicaitons on the sonic performance of the pedal, going from spitty and glitchy fuzz tones all the way to full and thick sounding fuzz.
